【To All Applicants】 – Please Read Before Submitting Your Application

To ensure the safety and security of both our valued guests and the artists, we will be conducting identity verification for all attendees who have purchased a VIP package at the time of admission.

If identity verification cannot be successfully completed due to a proxy application or any other reason, we regret to inform you that admission will be denied.

Furthermore, please note that if the individual attending does not match the name printed on the ticket entry will not be permitted.
(In the case of a two-ticket purchase, both tickets will be issued with the primary applicant's name printed on them.)

Photo ID Requirement

On the day of the event, all attendees must present a valid passport for identity verification. 

If you forgot your passport, we regret to inform you that you will not be allowed entry to the event.

・The meet & greet and the photo session will take place after the show. The photos taken by a professional photographer will be available later for download at a designated website.  

・Transportation, accommodation, and other costs related to attending the event are the responsibility of the attendee. The event organizer will not be responsible for missed last trains or other transportation issues after the event.

・If you fail to check in on time and miss some or all of the benefits, refunds or alternative arrangements will not be provided.

・The detailed schedule for the event will be announced once finalized.

・Personal photography during the package session is strictly prohibited.

・If you are attending in a wheelchair, you may be guided to a designated wheelchair-accessible viewing area depending on the situation on the day of the event.

・VIP package tickets can be purchased through Ticket Pia.

・Please carefully review all information on the application page before applying.

・VIP package tickets will be available for issuance starting three days before each event.

【VIP Exclusive Merch Pre-Sale】

On the day of your VIP package participation, you will be given priority access to the merchandise sales area once per person during a designated time slot. Further details, including sales hours, will be announced once confirmed.
・This benefit provides priority access to the merchandise area but does not guarantee product availability or purchase.
・Depending on the number of VIP attendees, general ticket holders may be granted earlier access to the merchandise area, even within the VIP priority sales period.
